1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player to access rrrbet services.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by rrrbet to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Company" or "rrrbet" refers to the legal entity operating the rrrbet online casino and sports betting platform under PAGCOR license.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting markets, bingo, fishing games, and other gambling products offered on the rrrbet platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing legal gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an Account and uses rrrbet services.
• "Platform" means the rrrbet website (rrrbet.cam), mobile applications, and all associated services and software.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play made by a Player on any Game offered by rrrbet.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use rrrbet services, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. rrrbet operates in full compliance with Philippine law, which prohibits persons under the age of 21 from engaging in gambling activities. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Our services are not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons deemed legally incapacitated, mentally impaired, or under guardianship are not eligible to use rrrbet services.
• Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and government-issued identification. rrrbet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.
• Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Prohibited Persons: The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from using rrrbet services: (a) employees, directors, agents, or affiliates of rrrbet and their immediate family members; (b) employees of PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities; (c) professional gamblers or individuals engaged in systematic arbitrage or advantage play designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities; (d) persons who have previously been banned or suspended from rrrbet services.

rrrbet reserves the right to refuse service, close Accounts, or suspend access to any User who fails to meet or maintain these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the rrrbet Platform and provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You must create a secure password meeting our security requirements. By submitting the registration form, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rrrbet operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as mandated by PAGCOR. You agree to provide government-issued identification (valid Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and such other documentation as rrrbet may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, and eligibility. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposit or withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify rrrbet of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. rrrbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.

3.4 Account Use

Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, and you may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to another person. Any funds deposited into your Account remain your property and are held in segregated accounts separate from rrrbet's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rrrbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, UnionBank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other Philippine banks via InstaPay and PESONet. All transactions must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Credit and debit card payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond rrrbet's control (e.g., bank processing delays, network issues).

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rrrbet reserves the right to reverse any deposit originating from a third-party source and to suspend or terminate your Account. You agree not to use rrrbet services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose. All deposits are subject to AML verification.

4.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

rrrbet provides voluntary deposit limit tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits by contacting Customer Support. Once set, deposit limits will be enforced immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer to Philippine banks. Alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged in exceptional circumstances at rrrbet's sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300.00). To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallets and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

rrrbet reserves the right to conduct security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, rrrbet may delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending investigation. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions as set forth in the applicable bonus terms. rrrbet is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet services.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies to both cash and bonus funds. Failure to meet minimum wagering requirements may result in a processing fee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the withdrawal amount or rejection of the withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rrrbet offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the relevant promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you must wager ₱35,000 before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently towards wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 20%. Full contribution rates are available in individual bonus terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of bonus offers, including bonus hunting, low-risk betting strategies, or matched betting, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account suspension or termination. rrrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All Games provided by rrrbet use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer software to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are available within each game. You agree to abide by all game-specific rules and to accept game outcomes as final.

rrrbet reserves the right to void any wager in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or human error. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded, and no further liability shall attach to rrrbet. You agree to report any suspected game malfunction or error immediately to Customer Support.

Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using rrrbet services. Abusive, threatening, or offensive language directed at Customer Support staff, other Players, or rrrbet personnel is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrrbet Platform:

• Collusion and Fraud: Conspiring with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, engaging in chip dumping, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using third-party deposits to meet wagering requirements, or employing automated betting systems to exploit bonus offers.
• Use of Bots and Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets, manipulate gameplay, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks and Reversals: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling. Such actions constitute fraud and may result in account termination and legal action.
• Money Laundering: Using rrrbet services to launder money, transfer funds between parties, or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with rrrbet's systems, software, databases, or networks. Any attempt to compromise platform security will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Permitting any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

rrrbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from rrrbet services by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or participate in any Games.
• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the rrrbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, images, video, and audio, is the exclusive property of rrrbet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without rrrbet's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of rrrbet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, rrrbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of rrrbet services, even if rrrbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rrrbet is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, power failures, equipment failures, or acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with rrrbet services is to stop using the Platform. In no event shall rrrbet's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and rrrbet, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to our Compliance Department.

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR for mediation and arbitration in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Any decision rendered by PAGCOR shall be final and binding on both parties. You irrevocably waive any right to commence or participate in any class action or collective proceeding against rrrbet.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

rrrbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted contrary to our policies. Upon termination, any remaining Balance in your Account will be forfeited if the termination is due to your breach of these Terms. If termination is without cause, your Balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements or disputed transactions.

14. Amendments to Terms

rrrbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of rrrbet services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.
